My journey to transformation started when I returned to the UK to sort out my mother’s probate. Just the thought of returning set my nerves on edge. You see I did not want to have any dealings with certain people. I did not want to encounter any further negativity and I just wanted peace in my life, but how was I going to get that knowing that there was so many people out there who had negative thoughts towards me?

My daughter had started her spiritual journey and was always talking to me about doing meditation. She was listening to motivation and inspirational videos on Youtube and encouraged me to check out some of her favourites. Before I left to return to the UK I had stumbled upon Les Brown’s Facebook Live. He got my instant attention. You see before I could never get with him, it was that laugh that it has I found it quite annoying. Anyway, I tuned in to what he was saying but what actually got my attention was his attitude to life.

This man had battled Cancer and so many other adversities. Even whilst doing that live he was fighting another stint with cancer and was streaming live from his hospital room. I took note. I was inspired, I was in fact blown away.

I returned to the UK and within two weeks of arriving back I knew I need to get help to release me from the pain and shackles that was holding me down. After much research and not knowing exactly what it was I needed, cos at the end of the day I had no idea. I thought I needed to go somewhere to unwind, maybe get a massage, do some Reiki, a little meditation and throw in a bit of hypnosis I’ll be ok.

I found this lovely lady called Marion. I called her up and told her that I wanted to do Inner Child Work, Hypnotherapy and a whole list of stuff I knew nothing about. She asked what I wanted to achieve and explained that she did not have any workshops or retreats at the moment. I had told her I was after a retreat and I wanted to bring my daughter along. She is actually based in London, but has property in Spain where she normally holds her retreats. She explained she was in Spain and that she was willing to work with me 1-2-1. I jumped at the booked my flight to Spain and as the saying goes the rest in history.
